Clean and Dice:
Green Pepper
Tomatoe
Red Onion
Cilantro
Jalapeno Pepper (optional)

1/4 Cup Green Pepper
1/4 Cup Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1/2 Cup Red Onion (optional)
1/4 Cup Jalapeno Pepper (optional)
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Slice of Lime
1 Pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
Olive Oil (cooking spray)
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
1. Spray coat Olive Oil in Pan Medium Heat
2. Place diced veggies in pan
3. Squeeze Lime on veggies
4. Add salt and pepper to taste
5. Immediately add in Egg Whites Low Heat
6. Stir until cooked
To make as an Omelet versus Scrambled, instead of Stirring (step 6), cook until egg white is solid enough for you to flip over to cook the other side.
Tip - Add a small Hass Avocado on the side if you want to feel more satiated!
