 My top goal upon starting my program was to lose 60 lbs in a way that was sustainable, long-term and

wouldn't make me miserable. Coach Helen was able to help me work towards these goals by suggesting numerous,

small achievable changes to my diet/lifestyle. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the

program has been losing 21 lbs! The most significant overall change I have noticed is that I also look thinner.

My top goals were getting toned, firm lower abs, agility, flexibility and to enjoy life again. Regularity in sleep, exercise, bowels and healthy mindset with application, look HOT, be more beautiful, healthy & energetic.  Coach Helen was able to help me ease back into a regular exercise routine which was fun/active, wherein my daily progress was measured. She helped me find healthy recipes and alternatives for my sweet tooth / salty tongue and coached me on how to cook more vegetables with fiber, select better grains so that my waist whittled.  She kept me on schedule with hydration, mindful mediation and journaling and broke down larger tasks for both my emotional, mental, physical and spiritual well-being because health is all of these wrapped up in one big blanket of love. Coach Helen was able to help me lose weight, stabilize my mood and become more consistent with my workouts by being present and keeping me accountable.  She has kept me focused and consistent by giving options to stay on course, helping with food choices (I am new to substituting out dairy, snacks foods and the such.)  Helen's kind spirit made it easy to not feel overwhelmed or forced to do what I already know I have to do. The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program is my blood pressure has gone down significantly.  I attribute that to stabilizing of my mood and anxiety.  I have not had any swings and I feel no anxiety at all.  It is amazing because I kept expecting an attack to come and it has not for the last month or so.  The most significant overall change I have noticed has been well the blood pressure is tangible, but the fact that I have regularity in my movements (bowel) was a gamer changer.  We have had in depth conversations about this, but it is significant because of the tire I was carrying around.  I was asked if I was pregnant and at 52 I am not sure if I should have been insulted, but I knew I had to do something. Helen has a kind spirit that has your best interest at heart.  She is fully present and that pushes you to be just as present and aware. Helen is candid and honest and makes you feel totally comfortable with your deepest shortcomings. She is fair, but unwavering in her words.  She was born to do this type of work!

My top 3 goals starting my program were to learn about nutrition, learn to cook healthy recipes and develop a healthy routine that includes regular exercise. Coach Helen was able to help me work towards these goals by providing me with information about nutrition at our sessions & in-between sessions checking in with me and taking a step by step approach.  The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been cooking meals for myself which I could not have imagined before working with Helen. Hi Helen! I wanted to thank you for your coaching and for introducing me to the right holistic products. It's been a life change for me! Between my TMJ/inflammation pain and my respiratory issues I've been on so many medications which had my stomach upset, gave me severe acid reflux, plus the effect of my medications just weren't working even though we kept increasing the dosage. I loved that you were able to customize a routine for me with my crazy schedule! After just a week , I began to tell a difference. I completed our program then instead of sticking with it, I purposely stopped  to see if things would remain the same and it obviously didn't.  I had a month of pain and doctor appointments. So here I am a customer for life! The steroids for my pain has been reduced tremendously. I have NO more acid reflux or gut/abdominal complaints! Thank you Helen as you found me when my physicals and I had exhausted all possible treatments. I am forever grateful!

I finished the 42 Day Program and I feel great!! The first two weeks were the hardest to cut sugar and carbs was rough for me but I made it. I felt hungry during the third week so Coach Helen had to increase the protein and vegetable for me which balanced me out perfectly.  During the third week I felt a little weak during my work-outs by by the fourth and fifth week I felt more energized and worked out even longer than before the program.  This program showed me that I don't have to eat big portions of food.  I learned a lot & will continue to eat healthy . I definitely see  and feel the benefits.

I am so glad I decided to have Coach Helen point me in the right direction towards my goals of eating healthier, gaining more energy and building muscle! Instead of “Quarantine eating” she helped guide me to a healthier lifestyle. Now I can come out of Quarantine with no guilt and no extra weight. She is pure positive energy, sunshine in the darkest days and the best health coach you can ask for. Her calm approach makes you comfortable in your day to day changes. Although my 21day promo is over, I will keep working towards my goals and can still count on her for food tips and a quick pick me up if I feel myself slipping.
