1 Red Onion
2 Small Gala Apples
Organic Coconut Oil (3 tbsp)
Red Wine Vinegar (2 tbsp)
Organic Chicken Broth (2 cups) - Swap for Vegetable Broth for a Vegan Option
Black Pepper (1 tbsp)
Whole Cranberries (1 cup)
1. In a Pot on a Med Flame add in: Coconut Oil, Apple, Onion and Sautee for 3 minutes.
2. Stir in Cabbage, Red Wine Vinegar, Broth, Black Pepper & Cranberries.
3. Reduce to Low Flame then: Cover the Pot, Gently Stir every 10 min & Cook until Fork Tender.
