1/2 cup pure pumpkin puree
1 large banana
6-8 ice cubes
1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp agave nectar or honey
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1 scoop of protein powder
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
Combine Ingredients in a Blender
Pulse until Smooth
Pour into a Glass, top with pinch of nutmeg and drop in cinnamon stick
