Dice:
Cilantro
Red Onions
Bell Peppers (green, yellow, orange, red)
Coat:
A Standard Muffin Tray with Avocado Oil Spray
Pre-Heat Oven:
320 Degrees (Baked Setting)

32oz of 100% Liquid Egg Whites
Pico Mix:
1/4 cup Cilantro Stems
1 cup of Diced Bell Pepper Slices
1/2 cup Red Onions
1/2 tbsp of Himalayan Pink Salt
1/2 tbsp of Fresh Ground Pepper
1. Place Liquid Egg Whites in a Large Bowl, Add in Pico then Mix with a Fork
2. Make sure the Muffin Tray is Coated well with Avocado Oil Spray (or your spray of choice)
3. Fill each well in the Muffin Tray with 1/2 cup of the Liquid Egg White Pico Mix
4. Place in Oven and Bake Uncovered for 20 Minutes until fully Cooked /Firm
5. Carefully Remove then Let Cool
Depending on how high you fill each well you should get about 12 servings.
I store mine in the refrigerator in a tightly sealed plastic container with lid.
Have fun adding sides to this such as 1-2 tbsp of salsa or some leafy greens.
