Ingredients

  • strawberries
  • blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • plain greek non-fat yogurt
  • agave

Directions

  1. pour yogurt in cup
  2. add 1/4 cup of chia seeds into yogurt then stir
  3. chill in the refrigerator for 10 min
  4. layer yogurt with strawberries, then repeat
  5. top with blueberries
  6. drizzle with agave

Notes

I was inspired to create this red-white-blue theme for the USA 4th of July Independence day!

It's quick, cool, tasty, satiating and most of all healthy!
