Baby Bok Choy (4)
Leeks (1 cup)
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp himalayan pink salt
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp cooking wine (optional)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1. On medium-low flame, add olive oil, black pepper, salt & minced garlic to pan
2. Meanwhile, chop leek, cut bok choy then add both to pan
3. Stir gently and turn over bok choy pieces
4. Cook until tender
