1 cup of Organic Baby Greens

1 Egg White

1 Whole Egg

1/2 slice of Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1 slice of Ezekiel Bread

1 tbsp of Organic Peanut Butter

1 tsp of Olive Oil

Directions

1. Place Olive Oil in Small Pan

2. Scramble Eggs in Pan

3. Remove Eggs from Pan then Top with Cheese Slice

4. Toast Bread, Spread with Peanut Butter
