1. Clean, Peel Shrimp
2. Cut Squash in 1/2 , Core out the Seeds, Cut Both Ends
3. Peel, Dice Garlic Clove
4. Clean, Cut, Chop Broccoli
5. Pre-Heat Oven to 400 Degrees

8-10 Jumbo Shrimp
1 Small-Med Squash
1/2 Head of Broccoli
1 Garlic Clove
Olive Oil
Vegan Butter
Himalayan Pink Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano or Basil
1. Coat inside of Squash with Olive Oil add pinch of Salt and Pepper
2. Place Squash Cut Side Down on Baking Sheet
3. Bake for 40-60 Minutes until inside of Squash is Soft
4. Separately, Place 2-3 Tbsp of Olive Oil in a Pan (med heat)
5. Add in Garlic and 2-3 Tbsp of Vegan Butter and Stir
6. Add in Shrimp and Broccoli (low heat) Sir then Cover
7. Occasionally Spoon Stir until Shrimp and Broccoli are Cooked and Tender (about10 min)
8. Remove Squash from oven, use Fork the interior from end to end to make Spaghetti like
9. Serve Squash then top with Shrimp, Broccoli
10. Top with pinch of Oregano or Basil
Optional:
Add-in 1 Tbsp of Parmesan Cheese when Cooking Shrimp, Broccoli
Purchase Pre-cut Squash to avoid Baking and Sautee in Pan by itself with 1-2 tsp of Olive Oil
