Cut 1 Haas Avocado in Half
Cut 1 or 2 Grape Tomatoes in Half
Clean & Cut 3 Cilantro Stems
Peel & Chop 2 Garlic Cloves

Shrimp,
Quinoa/BulgarWheat,
Spring Salad Mix
GrapeTomatoes
Garlic
Cilantro
Olive Oil
Parsley
Himalayan Sea Salt
Shrimp:
Place 1/2 teaspoon of Olive Oil in a Pan (low flame)
Add Chopped Garlic, Pinch of Parsley, Shrimp and Saute for 10 min
Quinoa/Bulgar Wheat Mix:
Boil 1 Cup of Water, 1/2 Tsp of Himalyan Sea Salt, Cilantro
Add in 1/2 Cup of Quinoa/Bulgar Wheat, Cover and Steam for 10 min (low flame)
Spring Salad:
Cut up 1 or 2 Grape Tomatoes over a Spring Salad Mix
Avocado:
Stuff Avocado with Sauteed Shrimp
Tip: Place Haas Avocado in a Brown Bag Overnight to Ripen
