Ingredients

Kale

Grape Tomatoes

Cashews

Almonds

Dried Blueberries

Dried Cranberries

Pumpkin Seeds

Olive Oil

Minced Garlic

Directions

  1. On a Skillet or Small Pan add 1 tspof Olive Oil + 1 tsp of Minced Garlic on Med/Low Heat
  2. Add in 2 Cups of Fresh Clean Kale
  3. Add 9 Grape Tomatoes
  4. Saute for 2 minutes (uncovered)
  5. Reduce to Low Heat + Stir in:
  6. Continue to Saute for 2-3 minutes
  7. Serve

Notes

Double the Ingredients to make a Meal Size Portion

Eat alone or as a Side Dish
