Season ground chicken as desired, hand shape into desired size and set aside

Rinse/clean Grape Tomatoes

Rinse/clean Baby Watercress

Cut 1/2 slice of YOUR Favorite Cheese

1 Serving

Ingredients

Organic Ground Chicken

1/2 Slice of Cheese

1 Slice of Ezekiel Bread

1 cup of Baby Watercress

3-4 Grape Tomatoes

1 tsp of Garlic Hummus

1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Add Olive Oil to Skillet or Pan on Med Heat
  2. Place Chicken Burger onto Skillet/Pan & cook both sides until done
  3. Turn off Heat then place Cheese on top of Chicken Burger
  4. Toast Ezekiel Bread
  5. Spread Garlic Hummus on Ezekiel Bread
  6. Place Chicken Burger on Ezekiel Bread
  7. Add Baby Watercress
  8. Top with Grape Tomatoes

  • Use your Favorite type of Cheese, I like Colby Jack
  • Explore different type of Hummus 
  • If you don't like Hummus try Crushed Avocado as a Spread  (the idea is avoid mayonnaise)
