Ingredients

1 cup of Tri-color Quinoa

¼ cup Diced Red Onion

15 oz Edamame

15 oz Red Kidney Bean

15 oz Black Bean

¼ cup Italian Dressing

Pink Salt

Directions

1. Prepare1 cup of Cooked Tri-color Quinoa as per instructions on bag

2. In a separate Bowl Mix the remaining ingredients:

  1. Diced Red Onion
  2. Edamame
  3. Red Kidney Beans
  4. Black Beans
  5. Italian Dressing
  6. Salt to taste

3. Add Quinoa to the Bowl Mix, Serve & Enjoy !

Notes

Serve:

  • As a main or side dish
  • Chilled or warm

Cooking Tips for Extra Love :) 

  • Cook Quinoa using Unsalted Vegetable or Chicken Stock instead of Water 
  • Add 1 tbsp of Minced Garlic + a few Cilantro Leaves!!
